Before coaching, my business partner and I were working IN the business, taking on various hats. We had a team, but the directors were doing a lot of the work as we didn’t have a structure in place for management.
Now, we have systems in place and everyone has a proper job role – they know what to do and how to do it so we now have a happier team and my business partner and I can work ON the business, rather than IN it.
Before coaching, we were turning over £1.7 million, but now we are on track to hit £2.1 million by August 2021, which is an 82% increase. And by August 2022, we should be turning over £3.1 million.
Jo has held us leaps and bounds. We couldn’t have asked for more, to have that support at the other end of the phone.
