Before coaching, the business was at a halfway point between being self-employed and being a business, with me positioned at the centre of the customer journey. It was often a feast or famine scenario which also made it difficult to maintain a steady lifestyle.

When you think about building a business, it is incredibly daunting, but what ActionCOACH deliver in terms of value is they lay it out in a step by step process so you can think about the next three months at a time.

The biggest impact from coaching so far has been the systematisation of our sales process. Customers now get a consistent experience every single time, which has improved our conversion rate. Our sales have also increased by 50% and our marketing spend per client has decreased.

Before coaching, I could never have imagined doubling the business sustainably, but the way we have now positioned myself and the team within the business has created that scalability.

I’m definitely spending more time with my family now, but this journey with Jo hasn’t just been about me. It’s also about taking talented young people within the business and making sure that the business scales in a way which will give them options in the next 5, 10 or 20 years.
