The business was, in my mind, fantastic before but I always just knew it could do more and I started to become aware that I could possibly be holding it back.
I don’t think I would have achieved exactly what I have so far, my mindset now and confidence has grown so much and I am now striving for the things I couldn’t before. I believe that I can do anything, I know that I don’t always have the answer but I now believe enough in myself to know I can find the answer and figure it out.
You do need somebody that’s bigger than you to hold you accountable for something because otherwise you would just keep repeating the same behaviour. So if you want change, and you want growth you have to kind of accept that you might not know everything.
We have been on this programme for a year now and turnover has increased by 139% over the year , and profitability is 169%, so fantastic and I will be taking on more staff now within the next month or so, I aim for next year just to be working 5 days a week, normal office hours.
